Bench Dog Tools 40-102 ProMax Cast Iron Router Table Extension

Cheap Bench Dog Tools 40-102 ProMax Cast Iron Router Table Extension Review

Previously, I had the table Bench Dog Router / Cabinet and sought to create more space for using this shop on my Jet Supersaw instead of a dedicated table router. It responds perfectly. I use this with a Porter Cable router, is the base of my router perfectly and is pre-drilled to fit my key. Guide to the router is mobile and comes with a dust collection port. The miter slots perfectly meet my guides. I recommend adding a second base to your router and mountit constantly, so you can drag the router whenver you want to use it without having to go back to the base plate.

Benefits
- Plate router can be set perfectly with about 10 set points.
- Adjustable width closing locks in place, collecting dust right.
- Super Heavy ... when added to my saw, there is very little vibration which makes for precise routing work. (Of course, is itself seen heavy, but the router table, it is all the more.
-Bench Dog typical quality - I have always been satisfied with their products.

Cons
- Super Heavy ... difficult to climb by yourself, but I have done it with clamps. If you do not have a crutch, you'll need a second set of hands.
- Does not come with a mounting plate of the router (add about $ 55). I had planned to transfer my old dog Bench mounting plate, but it would not be good about 1/16th of an inch. Make sure that your order when you order up.
