I bought a lot of router bits over the last two years and this little flush MLCS takes the cake for the price and quality.

Working mainly in MDF (production of loudspeaker and subwoofer baffle boxes and other accessories, car audio installation), this bit has been purchased to replace a few that I hunt Freud more or less worn use it on everything and this little MLCS has done nothing but perform. Aluminum pine, MDF, it is cut smoothly and produced a fantasticcut finish that requires no finishing work whatsoever.

The design seems TripleWing cut better than the traditional double-wall design that older bits are flush, especially if thicker materials.

So far, I ran a few hundred feet worth of equipment through this small (including aluminum) and it is still as strong as when it was new. I have yet to be disappointed in this bit in any way, shape, or form.

MLCS has made me a believer in their bit and I do not wanthesitate to buy more of them. For the price, this bit can not be beaten.

Advantages
Stays sharper then some other brands "name" bit that cost twice as much.
TripleWing design produces a much smoother reduction, and traditional single or double flute designs.
A solid 2 "high-speed cutting up production. I can stack two 3 / 4" thick pieces of material on top of my 1 / 2 "thick and cut model with two on the same time.
It has withstood several feet of 1 / 4 inch aluminum beingfed into it to 32000 rpm and is still as strong as it was when it was new!
