I bought two of these wheels with two fixed base casters swivel base (Model No. H0683) and mounted on a 4-drawer cabinet supplies in my shop. I now have a mobile cabinet / workstation that locks up whenever I want. Based on these fixed castors compliments the double locking castors to create seamless mobility!

The only complaint I have is that I mistakenly assumed that these 3 "casters fixed base may be coupled with the same manufacturer of 3" swivelroller base and everything would be level. I was wrong. The first time I rode this combination of wheels basket was very uneven! When I had my office again upside down, I realized that the fixed base casters need a booster 3 / 8 "or so level calibration with casters swivel base.

Overall, I highly recommend these quality products that will allow you to do things still moving, which is always a good thing!
